In these Terms & Conditions, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings unless clearly and expressly indicated to the contrary:
“mHub” means a global network of mental health hubs created by the Global Engagement Institute (GEI). Currently, there are mHubs located in Kenya, Rwanda, and South Africa.
“mHub Global” means the mHub’s global secretariate hosted by GEI.
“mHub South Africa” means mHub South Africa, a South African limited liability company.
2. Provision of and maintaining of website
2.1 mHub South Africa endeavors to take all necessary steps, as soon as is reasonably practicable, to ensure the continuity of provision of this website.
2.2 Notwithstanding Clause 2.1, mHub South Africa does not guarantee that the provision and/or use of this website will be uninterrupted or free from errors. Further, mHub South Africa does not guarantee that this website and its servers are free from computer viruses or bugs.

4.1 mHub South Africa endeavors to ensure that the information contained within this website is accurate. 8. Severance
8.1 If any of these Terms & Conditions is/are declared by any judicial or other competent authority of the state in which these Terms & Conditions are intended to be effective as defined in Clause 7 herein to be void, voidable, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, it/they shall be severed and deleted from these Terms & Conditions and all remaining Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
9. Variations
9.1 mHub South Africa reserves the right to vary or amend any of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting any changes online.
10. Waiver
10.1 The failure by mHub South Africa to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of these Terms & Conditions shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all of these Terms & Conditions.
